In 2013 Martin further solidified his expertise by completing a Master of Property from Curtin University. This advanced education complemented his practical experience, equipping him with a deeper understanding of property management, market analysis, and strategic development.

Martin is well-regarded in the industry for his loyalty, dedication, and enthusiasm. JOEL MERRIN

Director

As a Director of Grande Living, Joel brings a fresh approach and new way of thinking to real estate sales and property management.  With over a decade of sales management experience, having managed multiple teams across different regions of WA, Joel understands that one size doesn’t necessarily fit all, particularly when it comes to the marketing and selling of property. Outside of Grande Living, Joel is a proud father of two wonderful boys, a loving husband and keen volunteer at his kids’ sporting associations.
