Martin has accumulated over 25 years of extensive experience in the property, sales, building, and management sectors, working with Perth’s leading developers and project builders. In 2013 Martin further solidified his expertise by completing a Master of Property from Curtin University. This advanced education complemented his practical experience, equipping him with a deeper understanding of property management, market analysis, and strategic development.
Martin is well-regarded in the industry for his loyalty, dedication, and enthusiasm. His hardworking nature ensures that he consistently delivers high-quality results, while his strong networking skills enable him to build and maintain valuable relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders. JOEL MERRIN
Director
As a Director of Grande Living, Joel brings a fresh approach and new way of thinking to real estate sales and property management. With over a decade of sales management experience, having managed multiple teams across different regions of WA, Joel understands that one size doesn’t necessarily fit all, particularly when it comes to the marketing and selling of property. Outside of Grande Living, Joel is a proud father of two wonderful boys, a loving husband and keen volunteer at his kids’ sporting associations.

Fiona has been an integral part of the property industry since 2003, bringing a wealth of knowledge and diverse skills to her role. Her career showcases her versatility and adaptability, progressing from office administration to key positions such as property manager, sales assistant, building liaison officer, sales consultant, trust accountant, and operations manager.
Fiona’s unwavering commitment to excellence and continuous drive to expand her knowledge make her an invaluable asset, capable of navigating complex challenges and contributing to the success of any project or team.

With 16 years’ experience in property management (and counting!) Kellie has managed thousands of rental properties and worked with an equally diverse range of clients. Throughout her career, one thing she has always remained committed to is delivering exceptional service, ensuring seamless operations and fostering positive relationships between both property owners and tenants alike. Kellie’s professional journey includes several years spent with a not-for-profit organisation, where she gained valuable insights into community engagement, resource management and learnt the importance of empathy and clear communication in building strong, supportive environments for each the people that she deals with.
Outside of work, Kellie values quality time spent with her family, enjoys a relaxing day at the beach and is a passionate supporter of the Freo Dockers, never missing a game on the weekend.

Clem is a skilled unit development and home building consultant with over 28 years of experience in designing and developing diverse buildings, including disability homes that meet NDIS standards. Dedicated to delivering high-quality projects, Clem excels in feasibility analyses and investor collaboration to optimise returns. With a focus on compliance, stakeholder engagement, and helping small to medium-sized investors achieve optimal return on investment, Clem seeks to use his expertise to support investors in creating specialised accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
