JOEL MERRIN

Director

As a Director of Grande Living, Joel brings a fresh approach and new way of thinking to real estate sales and property management. With over a decade of sales and management experience, having led multiple sales teams across different regions of WA, he understands that one size doesn’t necessarily fit all, particularly when it comes to the marketing and selling of property.

Joel is not only qualified as a Real Estate Representative but also carries a Diploma in Building & Construction and is himself a registered NDIS Provider. Having personally invested in property for almost 20 years now, he understands the value in partnering with a reputable property manager to secure good tenants and appreciates the cost when you haven’t got that dynamic right. Outside of his work, Joel is a proud father of two wonderful boys, a loving husband and keen volunteer at his kids’ sporting associations.

Business Development Manager

Clem is a skilled unit development and home building consultant with over 28 years of experience in designing and developing diverse buildings, including disability homes that meet NDIS standards. Dedicated to delivering high-quality projects, Clem excels in feasibility analyses and investor collaboration to optimise returns. With a focus on compliance, stakeholder engagement, and helping small to medium-sized investors achieve optimal return on investment, Clem seeks to use his expertise to support investors in creating specialised accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

DOGAN YILDIRIM

NDIS Business Development Executive

Dogan has vast knowledge and appreciation of the NDIS, having worked in the disability sector for over 10 years now. He has led teams of support coordinators, support workers and has also managed team leaders. Dogan has firsthand experience in most fields of the industry, including disability housing.

With a Business Management Graduate Diploma, and having worked in various industries throughout his years, including government departments, Dogan continues to grow and build upon these experiences each day. That vast experience, coupled with his friendly, understanding and approachable nature makes Dogan a great advocate for both Grande Living and the NDIS alike. In his spare time Dogan enjoys playing guitar and making music and lists swimming and footy amongst his favourite hobbies.
